We noticed that finding enrichment opportunities — internships, programs, summer activities — required a lot of digging. The opportunities existed, but they weren't widely marketed or easy to find unless you were already plugged in. As SEO Scholars, we knew about some of these programs, but we realized most students didn't. So we set out to democratize access by building a single platform where students in San Francisco could discover and apply to opportunities that were already out there. What began as an idea evolved into a resource that hundreds of students used over five years. On June 30, 2025, we made the difficult decision to shut down OperationSTART. The work and mission continue — we encourage anyone looking for similar resources to visit [Our415](https://our415.org), an initiative led by the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth and Their Families. - [Mission Bit Instructor's Portal](https://johnnylinsf.com/projects/mission-bit-instructors-portal) | [.md](https://johnnylinsf.com/projects/mission-bit-instructors-portal.md) ## Contact - Email: johnny@johnnylinsf.com - Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/johnnylinsf - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/johnnylin8
